Submissions
When you submit a nomination, recognition application or job opening, you confirm the information is accurate and that you're authorized to share it. We review every submission and may edit, approve, decline or remove it at our discretion. Submitting does not guarantee inclusion or an award.
Job listings
Job openings are published only after manual review. We are not the employer and are not responsible for hiring decisions; applications go directly to the employer.
Awards & badges
Only companies that have earned a Top AZ Companies recognition may display our badge, and only for the award and year earned. We may ask you to remove a badge that is used incorrectly.
Employer programs
Brand Builder, Talent Magnet and Visionary Partner programs are billed as agreed in a separate order. Program participation does not determine award results.
Intellectual property
The Top AZ Companies name, logo, badges and site content belong to us. Company names and logos belong to their owners.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
