When you nominate a company, apply for recognition, submit a job opening or request information about our programs, we collect what you enter: company details, your name, email address, phone number (optional) and any notes you provide.
We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited to keep the site running and improve it.
How we use it
To review nominations and recognition applications, publish approved job openings, respond to program inquiries, and contact you about your submission.
We do not sell your personal information.
What we publish
Company names, award results and approved job listings may appear publicly on the site. Contact names, emails and phone numbers are never published.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site (such as hosting and email), or when required by law.
Retention & security
We keep submissions as long as needed to run the program and respond to you, and protect them with access controls limited to our review staff.
